We highly recommend Sean and High Cause Construction. Sean was very professional and easy to work with. He listened to us and was receptive to our concerns. We had a 30 yr old French drain system that wasn’t working properly. Sean replaced parts of the pipe that needed to flow to day light and regraded the property so water drained correctly. He was reliable and showed up on time. He also met with us 3 times at the job site to discuss the work that needed to be done.

My driveway was in bad shape. I had little rivers running through it! High Cause Construction did a fantastic job of getting it back in shape and grading it so the rain will run off the driveway and not create those little rivers as I liked to call them. Sean was very pleasant to work with and he paid attention to details. He did what’s called a crusher run driveway where I used to have just plain gravel. His pricing was great! If you don’t like asphalt it’s definitely the way to go! I don’t take good pictures. I wish I had a current photo of the before shots because the driveway was much worse since that picture was taken. It was also taken from a window with a screen in it.

Sean did an incredible job at my house. We had a water drainage issue along one side that led to mold in the basement. He came over, gave me several options to remediate the situation, explained how he would do it, then came over a few days later and did the job exactly as he explained. He sent me pictures along the way and even cleaned up all the tracks from the heavy machines. He also removed several trees which brightened up the backyard. We will definitely use his services again. Highly recommend!

Sean, did a great job fixing negative grading in few areas around my house. He did everything as discussed and on time. My backyard has been completely transformed and rain water is now being diverted away from the house foundation. Sean was very knowledgeable and it was great brainstorming few solutions with him. He was able to suggest more then few cost effective and efficient solutions in regards to dealing with the rain water. I would use Sean's services again.

High Cause Construction, Sean Sambolec - Excellent contractor, came over to estimate the work, gave his expert advice to me. Scheduled the work, came with a big dumpster load, brought a front end loader and did what he said he would do. He is trustworthy on his word and follows up on what he said he would do.
